The cast and crew of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory are ready to bring a colorful performance today to EPAC of the classical musical. Six students from the IS are joining the US ensemble as part of the new Theater Arts Bridge Program.

Rachel Nelson ’24, playing Violet Beauregarde, described the show as “rich, really fun, and upbeat.” The exciting performance includes a large cast, famous songs, and a mid-show reveal that we won’t spoil! For the first time since the pandemic, the show uses a full microphone setup.

The show premieres today at 11:25 AM during Upper School Panther time, so all Upper School students have a chance to attend. The show will also be performed this afternoon at 4:00 PM, Saturday at 2:00 PM, and Saturday at 7:00 PM. Tickets are not required for entry to the Saturday performances. The show’s tickets for today at 4:00 PM before Friday Night Lights are already sold out!
