Quarantine recipes: strawberry banana smoothie

This spring’s corona quarantine has affected our academic, social, and athletic lives, but most importantly our stomachs. With all the extra time on our hands, it is easy to mistake boredom for hunger. Below are three quick and easy recipes to satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 cup strawberries
½ cup milk
½ cup vanilla yogurt
2 tsp honey
1 cup ice
Pinch of cinnamon
Recipe:
- Put all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth
*Tip* If planning to drink the second serving at a later time, reblend the smoothie at the later time for better consistency and flavor
